On Monday the 7th it started to rain heavily again and we went to Woburn Sands for a quick film sesh. Met Matt and Dan at the last weekend's event which got cancelled. Friendly riders with whom it's chilled out to film. Matt and Dan killed it. Matt did a super flip and Dan threw his first frontie no hander. It’s so rad to be present and to capture the rider throwing down and landing his first trick on dirt. While we were filming the thunder was raging and as soon as we finished with this short film shred session the rain started pouring down. We finished in time, but it was super fun. Want to film more for sure! A lot more! Thanks to Sam Hobson and Simon Burgon who got me over here in the first place. Great to meet friendly people (riders) who are into the same thing as you are. I’ve been contacted by Sam Hobson and Simon Burgon, who are in charge of the KING OF DIRT in UK. They have have asked me to come and film at the event which was last weekend (5th-7th May). It got me super stoked to have been called out like this to come down and film a dirt comp. Sam’s girlfriend, Bianca, picked me up from the airport and we went to their work place. Was great to meet you ;) The next day we went to the site and saw that all was flooded and the course wasn’t finished 100%. The event has been cancelled due to the health and safety criteria, which was not met in time for the contest. In addition the rain caused havoc and strong wind as well. However late Saturday and Sunday, a few riders sessioned the first jump (40 foot gap = 12.2 m gap) at the site and I got some good shots of that. Matt and Clinton shredded first with a few tricks. Despite the fact the event go cancelled, the trip to UK was not a waste at all. I met my friends – Marcel, Ryan, Grant, Ray, Harry, Danny, Adam… in addition got to know a lot of other friendly pro and amateur riders and friendly people. Thank you Sam and Simon for bringing me out. Hopefully will get a chance to come down again and next time film a comp. Hope you will enjoy this video!

I wanted to go filming for a long time already in the month of March and in the beginning of March, Johannes asked me if I would like to come round and film at the skatepark. Was stoked on that for sure, but on that day it didn't happen though because a few workers did not come to stay over the night for us to mess about and have fun. Despite that on Friday the 16th till the early hours of Saturday the 17th we went down there again. Kusti drove me there and stayed over the night with us as well. Thank you bro, was good to have you there over the night for sure! Lots of fun ) Once we arrived, finished our burgers and went down to business: filming shred fest of a sesh! Eki (Erik Orgo) destroyed the park that night with clean and creative riding. Johannes and Taavi showed quite a few of tech tricks as well. Other riders, Erik, Silver, Sten and Sebastian also pulled some gnarly tricks and lines. Filming lines is hard but once you get it filmed, it is so rewarding and looks radiculous. It's always great to be among friends who are into the activities that you are stoked on as well.
